Our Business Retreat is an opportunity for leaders to review, re-focus and reset the path forward for their business.
- This is a grouping of mixed companies at the Hodson Bay Hotel, on the shores of Lough Ree.
- A preparatory one-to-one session with each Director participant will be held in advance to facilitate customization for each client.
In addition to individual customized projects, the programme includes the following to expand your thought base over the two days:
- Your personal objectives for a one-to-three-year plan.
- A masterclass on using the Enneagram System to enhance the performance of your Board and Senior Management Team.
- An open discussion addressing “A Company-wide Sustainable Development System.”
- One -to-one confidential sessions, as well as group interaction and private project work.
